Rachel Hughes

Rachel joined the Summit team in 2026 as a Strata Manager Assistant, working alongside Kim and Sam. She brings a strong background in customer service and community-based roles, along with a Certificate III in Marketing and Communications.

Rachel takes a person-centred approach to her role, combining strong customer service and interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for helping others. Known for her friendly nature and positive attitude, she is committed to delivering excellent service and building strong relationships with clients and colleagues.

Outside of work, Rachel enjoys travelling, spending time with family and friends, and taking her Border Collie for sunset walks along the beach.
