In an emergency maintenance situation, we understand that it’s important to be able to speak to someone as quickly as possible to get help!
If the emergency occurs outside of our office hours of Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm, please follow the steps below:

What isn’t classed as an emergency?
The above non-emergency situations should be reported to your Property Manager or Strata Manager on our next business day during business hours on 9592 8188.
If your required maintenance is listed as an emergency, please call one of the relevant approved contractors (if there is no answer, leave a message and sms contractors).
