Summit Realty was born and bred locally and is fiercely independent. We started in the Rockingham Park Shopping Centre (now the Rockingham Centre) way back in 1973, when flares and wire framed gold glasses still ruled. Property prices were a little different to what they are now and technology has completely changed how we operate but we’re still the same relatable locals that we were back in the early days.
We help clients buy and sell residential property, from first time buyers through to a retirement home, purchasing investment properties including Summit Homes Group display homes and looking after your investment through our property and strata management teams.
