Kim Dawes

New challenges, meeting people and the variety of something different each day are among the aspects Kim enjoys most about her role.

After starting out in reception, Kim quickly gained her sales licences and her proudest achievement was her promotion from leasing to being responsible for Summit Realty’s strata division, as well as managing a rental portfolio. Now she heads up the Strata & Commercial Property division.

Kim is one of a small number of accredited Strata Managers in WA, certified by the Strata Community Association and also holds a Cert IV in Strata Community Management. Kim is committed to providing tailored support and the highest quality service underpinned by industry accreditations.

Away from the office, Kim can be found spending time with her daughter, playing sport or relaxing at the beach.
