A true professional that delivered on her promise and went the extra mile.

Samantha clearly understood my selling goals, priced the house accordingly and managed a particularly difficult situation with the house having tenants and me being remote.

Her communication was excellent, even if it meant some late night e-mails to get the deal done. She provided advice on maintenance to maximise the sale price and knew the local market very well, ensuring that the right price was set to get the right buyers.

Right until the day of settlement Samantha continued to advocate for me and made sure that every detail was covered. She even went to the house and repaired three sink drains knowing i couldn't get a plumber fast enough.
Samantha is an expert in her field and I would recommend anyone selling their house to put her at the top of the list for consideration.

Home sale by Rob Coffey of Summit Realty

Excellent work by Rob he had many people through the house in such a short space of time. He explained everything to us in normal English. He was also very keen to do some hard negotiating on our behalf. A brilliant result and I wouldn’t hesitate to use him again.

Fantastic service

Amanda was excellent in communicating with us as we were trying to apply for rentals from NSW wanting to move interstate. She replied to emails late in the evening and promptly answered any questions we had. Also the only person of all the real estates we had applied with that took the time to do a video walk through with me due to being able to attend in person inspections. Cassandra also has been brilliant to deal with so far, nothing has been an issue and always prompt with her emails. Thanks guys!

Great information provided and very professional.
