2nd time I bought from Kim

Kim sold me my first unit 9 months ago, from me still living on the Gold Coast , I only started looking for another property as I realised I missed my garden. I couldn’t believe it when I went to the open house and Kim was the main agent, it was lovely to put a face to an email n phone calls. I had a few rocky starts to buying the villa but Kim was always there keeping me informed of the progress. Fantastic agent!

Kim took the time to understand what our target sale price was and why which was so important to us. She has fantastic knowledge of the local area and she regularly communicated with us to provide updates. We had lots of extra questions and she was always there at the end of the phone to help, nothing was too much trouble and she made the sale of our home a very smooth experience.
