Brilliant and professional service, highly recommend!!!

Our investment property was tenanted and managed by another agency. Because of this the presentation of the home was less than ideal, however Bekkie worked tirelessly with open houses every weekend and encouraging the tenants to present the home well. She marketed the home to investors and then on the open market ensuring that we had the exposure that we needed to sell the property - which we did!! Bekkie sold our rental house in Coolongup quickly with out any problem. We even had our tenant in the house while she was in the process of selling. Her professionalism in handling and dealing with us and our tenant is exceptional. She was so upfront to us with regards to building issues and she handle it herself to find the right tradies to fix the problem.
