Spring Makeover Competition with Summit Realty - Terms and Conditions
1. Promoter
The Promoter is Summit Realty Waikiki Baldivis – Real Estate and Business Agent (ABN 75 984 104 932) of registered office address: Shop 20, Waikiki Village Shopping Centre, Waikiki WA 6169.
The above-mentioned company will be hereafter referred to as the ‘Promoter’.
2. Competition Prize
The competition prize is one (1) Spring Makeover Package comprising products and/or services generously provided by participating local businesses.
The prize will include:
- Periwinkles – (general cleaning or window cleaning) valued at $250
- Coastwest – (carpet cleaning x 3 rooms) valued at $185
- Handybear – (gardening or handyman services) valued at $350
- Bunnings – Gift Card for $100
- Bed Bath & Table – Gift Card for $150
The total prize value is $1,035.
Individual prizes and services are subject to the participating businesses’ terms and conditions, including availability, booking requirements, service areas and expiry dates where applicable.
No cash alternative to the prize will be offered and the prize is not transferable.
3. Eligibility
Employees of the Promoter, Summit Realty Waikiki Baldivis, participating prize providers and their immediate family members, or anyone else connected in any way with the competition or helping to set up the competition, shall not be permitted to enter the competition.
Only Western Australian residents who are 18 years or older will be eligible to win the prize.
Proof of age and WA residential address may be required before the prize is awarded.
4. How to Enter
Entry to the competition is gained by completing all of the following steps:
- Follow Summit Realty Waikiki Baldivis on Facebook or Instagram;
- Like the competition post; and
- Tag a friend in the comments of the competition post.
Each valid tagged friend will constitute one (1) entry, provided the entrant has completed the other required entry steps.
Entrants may enter multiple times by tagging different friends. Each individual tagged must be a genuine social media account and may not be a business, celebrity, public figure, fake account or duplicate account created for the purpose of entering the competition.
5. Valid Entries
Any comments or posts that, in the opinion of the Promoter, contain offensive, unlawful, defamatory or inappropriate material, or otherwise do not comply with these Terms and Conditions, will not be eligible for entry.
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who it reasonably believes has attempted to manipulate, interfere with or otherwise compromise the fair operation of the competition.
6. Competition Period
All references to time in these Terms and Conditions refer to local time in Perth, Western Australia.
The competition will commence on 2nd November 2026 and close at 23:59 AWST on 15th November 2026.
No further entries will be accepted after the competition closing time.
7. Winner Selection
One (1) winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the competition period.
The draw will take place on 17th November 2026 at Summit Realty Waikiki Baldivis, Shop 20, Waikiki Village Shopping Centre, Waikiki WA 6169.
The Promoter will ensure that the winner is selected from all valid entries received in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
8. Winner Notification
The winner will be contacted by direct message via the social media account used to enter the competition and announced on the Summit Realty Waikiki Baldivis Facebook and/or Instagram pages on 17th November 2026.
The winner may be required to provide proof of identity, age and WA residential address before receiving the prize.
If the winner cannot be contacted within [7] days of the initial notification, or does not provide the requested information within that period, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw to determine a replacement winner.
9. Prize Collection and Use
The prize can be collected from the Summit Realty office in Waikiki Village Shopping Centre or, where applicable, arrangements may be made directly with the relevant participating prize provider.
Any services forming part of the prize must be redeemed directly with the relevant participating business and are subject to that business's availability and applicable terms and conditions.
The Promoter is not responsible for any additional costs incurred by the winner in redeeming or using any component of the prize unless otherwise stated.
10. Changes or Cancellation
The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these Terms and Conditions where required by law or in circumstances beyond the Promoter's reasonable control.
Any changes to the competition will be communicated to entrants as soon as reasonably practicable.
11. Promoter's Decision
The Promoter's decision in respect to all matters to do with the competition will be final, subject to any rights available to entrants under applicable Australian Consumer Law.
12. Acceptance of Terms
By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating their acceptance of and agreement to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
13. Governing Law
The competition and these Terms and Conditions will be governed by the laws of Western Australia and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
14. Publicity
The winner agrees to the use of their name, photograph, social media profile image and/or images taken in connection with the prize for reasonable promotional and publicity purposes relating to the competition and Summit Realty, subject to applicable privacy laws.
Any personal information collected in connection with the competition will be handled in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy and applicable Australian privacy legislation.
15. Privacy
Please refer to the Summit Realty Privacy Policy for information about how personal information is collected, stored and used.
16. Social Media Disclaimer
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram or any other social network.
By entering the competition, entrants acknowledge that they are providing their information to the Promoter and not to Facebook, Instagram or any other social media platform.
17. Participating Businesses
The participating local businesses are independent businesses and are providing products and/or services towards the competition prize.
Summit Realty is not responsible for the acts, omissions, products or services of any participating business, except where required by law.
The terms and conditions of individual participating businesses may apply to the redemption or use of their contribution to the prize.
