Management Authority Renewals Competition Terms & Conditions

  1. The Management Authority Renewals competition is offered subject to the terms and conditions set out below. 
  2. The Promotor is Summit Realty Pty Ltd (ABN 75 984 104 932) of Shop 20 Waikiki Village Shopping Centre, Waikiki.  

Who can enter?

  1. Entry is only available to existing Summit Realty clients who have an existing MA contract in place.  
  2. Employees, officers and contractors (and their immediate families) of Summit Realty or of the agencies or companies associated with this competition are ineligible.

How to Enter

  1. To enter, clients must renew with a signed two-year management authority on existing fees qualifies by the end date below. Summit Realty will send out the renewal by DocuSign. Only one (1) entry per renewal qualifies. 
  2. The competition starts on Monday 21st June and ends midnight (AWST) Friday 30 July 2021.
  3. Winners will be selected by random and drawn on Monday 2 August 2021 at 10am (AWST) at the Promoter’s office. 
  4. Winners will be contacted by email and/or phone within 48 hours of the draw.

General 

  1. The prizes are 3 x $500 Prepaid Visa Gift Card. The total prize value is $1,500 (AUD).
  2. The Prepaid Visa Gift card is not exchangeable for cash.
  3. Redemption of the gift card is subject to any terms and conditions of the issuer including those specified on the gift card. The winner should see their gift card for date of expiry.
  4. The Promotor decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
