  • Enter our Christmas competition to win one of two $150 Kmart Vouchers!
  • There are two categories, children up to 6 years old and children 6 - 12 years old.
  • You can find the colouring sheet next to Santa at Waikiki Village Shopping Centre on these dates:

Sat 7th & Sun 8th Dec
Sat 14th until Wed 18th Dec

  • Entries must be taken to Summit Realty's office at Shop 20 before 1pm on Wed 18th Dec
  • Winners will be chosen and notified on Thurs 19th Dec

 

Terms & Conditions

  1. The Promoter is Summit Realty Waikiki Baldivis – Real Estate and Business Agent (ABN 75 984 104 932) of registered office address: Shop 20 Waikiki Village Shopping Centre, Waikiki WA 6169.
  2. The competition prize pool is TWO $150 Kmart Gift Cards.
  3. The abovementioned company will be hereafter referred to as the ‘Promoter.’
  4. Employees of the Promoter, Summit Homes Group or subsidiary companies or their immediate family members or anyone else connected in any way with the competition or helping to set up the competition shall not be permitted to enter the competition.
  5. Only Western Australian residents who are under the age of 12 years old will be eligible to win the prizes listed.
  6. The competition is a game of skill. Entry to the competition is gained by completing the following 2 steps:
    1. Completing to the best of your ability, the Christmas colouring competition which can be found in the Waikiki Village Shopping Centre next to the Santa display.
    2. Entries must be taken to the Summit Realty office during business hours before the competition end date outlined in point 9.
  7. Multiple entries are allowed.
  8. All references to time in the Terms & Conditions refer to local time in Perth, WA.
  9. The competition will start on 04/12/24 09:00 AWST and close at 13:00 AWST on 18/12/24. After 13:00 AWST on 18/12/24, no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
  10. There will be two categories judged. Up to 6 years old and 6 – 12 years old age groups.
  11. Summit Realty will choose up to 5 entries per category to progress. The finalists of each category will then be entered into an online random name picker to choose the winner.
  12. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the Promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the Promoter.
  13. No cash alternative to the prize will be offered. The prize is not transferable.
  14. The winner will be chosen and notified by phone on the 19/12/24 by 17:00 AWST. The random name picker and winning entry for each category will be posted separately on the Summit Realty WA Facebook & Instagram pages.
  15. The prize is to be collected from the Summit Realty office in Waikiki Village Shopping Centre and is the responsibility of the winner.
  16. The Promoter’s decision in respect to all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  17. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating their acceptance and agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  18. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Australian law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
  19. The winner agrees to the use of their child’s first name along with the winning completed entry submitted in the competition in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Australian data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
