First experience

Right from the start when you walk in the door Summit just breathes professionalism. Coral from summit is a lovely lady who, quite honestly, set a new standard for what I should expect out of a property manager. If I have an issue it is sorted out so quick that, if I didn’t know any better, I would think she had a red phone in her office that sets of a bat signal for tradies. Everyone is kind and compassionate, the house I’m renting is lovely.

An absolute pleasure to work with!

Friendly, cheerful with a positive demeanour

Kim was always professional in her manner, friendly and positive.
She was aware of other houses on the market, in the area and at a similiar price range.

Communication was good, always giving me feedback after home opens.

With the changing market because of rising interest rates, I feel Kim could have been more realistic with her initial value of my house, and thereafter more open with suggestions and direction for adjustments to the asking price.
At the 'offer' stage, perhaps more knowledge of the buyer willing to negotiate price would have been helpful.

Overall, my house was sold in a changing market, with Kim's help. This is very much appreciated.
