- Assists Investors with pre-purchase inspections and rental values
- Identifies required maintenance or improvements to maximise rental returns
- Introduces investment opportunities from the Summit Realty rent roll before they go to market
She enjoys partnering with Owners to help them meet their investment property goals and can offer helpful information on preparing a property for leasing to maximise rental returns. Those looking to rent are carefully screened to find long term, quality tenants who are retained by the Property Managers’ ongoing relationships.
