About Coral Leipold
When asked how she has built such a strong clientele of loyal owners and tenants, Coral’s response is simple: she cares and her clients are more than just numbers.
“They are people that I interact with on a daily basis and show a genuine interest in their lives not just their properties,” she said.
“We are like a family, I work closely with all my owners and tenants, and have a great rapport with all of them.”
It is this, in addition to her caring and professional nature, which has earnt Coral a reputation as a fair and honest portfolio manager.
When Coral joined the Summit Realty team in 2017, many of her clients insisted they remain on her portfolio.
As a result, her client base includes owners and tenants who have been on her books for over a decade.
Coral’s longstanding interest in real estate has seen her build three homes, as well as buying two established properties, since she moved into the Rockingham area more than 30 years ago.
Outside of the office, Coral loves nothing more than spending time with her family, which includes her husband, children and grandchildren, as well as baking, doing craft and pottering around the garden.
