Both Amanda and Coral did a great job finding a suitable new tenant in a timely manner. They were both diligent going through a number of applicants to find one that would be suitable for my property. Bekkie sold our rental house in Coolongup quickly with out any problem. We even had our tenant in the house while she was in the process of selling. Her professionalism in handling and dealing with us and our tenant is exceptional. She was so upfront to us with regards to building issues and she handle it herself to find the right tradies to fix the problem.
She sold our property the first week she put it into market. We're so happy with the result .
