Highly recommended

Rob was easy to deal with. He is always quick to answer questions. He is very considerate as well when we had to have the house photos done. We all had covid in the household and had to rely on other people to get the house ready. I really appreciate how he managed to get it done so that our plans won't be delayed. We will definitely come back to him if we ever need to buy or sell a house again.

Knowledgeable, prompt and accessible

Initially we had Amanda managing all the details for our rental and then Natalia took over to be the ongoing property manager- essentially appraising the property and providing advice on changes to be made which made the process simple and less stressful. They provided a very details market comparison to get the best rental yield for us. They were always prompt with communication and responsive/accessible in regard to any queries I had, and gave detailed information and review of potential tenants. They always were very professional in regard to provision of sound advice, organisation of all the paperwork, marketing process and final forms and again we’re so prompt with the process. We had our house rented after only about a week on the market. Definitely 5 stars :)

No complaints!

The team at Summit Waikiki manage 2 properties for me and do a great job. They are always easy to contact, deal with everything promptly and keep me updated with all developments. I could manage the property's by myself BUT by using Summit I can pretty much forget about them and get on with my life. I feel like they are truly working for me and they always make decisions that are in my best interest. I have had some really good quality tenants through them too. I trust that they are looking after my properties. Well done team :-)

The Summit Staff that manage the rental unit.

I have been very happy with all the staff Coral, Amanda, Kim, Tamara, Christine and Robyn who look after and manage my rental unit. There may be other staff that help that I haven't put their name down because I couldn't remember it and I apologies to any of the staff members who I haven't listed.

You have all done a very efficient and great job managing the unit and I really appreciated and am very thankful that you do not charge to much to manage the rental unit.
