A new report has recently revealed the top family-friendly suburbs across Australia and our own Baldivis and Karnup feature in the top 10.

Perth leads the family suburb rankings
Perth dominated the rankings, claiming nine out of the top 10 spots.
Baldivis came in third as the most family-friendly suburb, with 25.6% of its population under 14 and a 30.4% house price growth over the past year.
Affordability top priority for families
There was only one non-Perth suburb to make the top 10 which was in Adelaide which shows how amazing Perth is to raise a family and our City of Rockingham suburbs offer great affordability for the extensive facilities, schools and stunning beaches.
