Sam Oliphant

Sam joined the Summit team two years ago and has quickly grown into a confident and capable Strata Manager. Starting out in a support role working closely alongside Kim, she built strong industry knowledge through hands-on experience and mentorship, developing the skills and confidence to step fully into strata management.

Her dedication and professionalism were recognised in 2025 when she was named Runner-Up for the Rising Star Award at the SCAWA Awards of Excellence.

She considers herself a people person and genuinely enjoys working with people and building long-term relationships with her clients. Known for her approachable style and practical mindset, Sam focuses on clear communication, responsiveness, and dependable outcomes.

Outside the office, you’ll usually find her recharging with reading, pilates and keeping up with the busy pace of family life.
