About Blanche McCulloch
After completing her Certificate III in Business, Blanche set her sights on building a career in Reception and Administration within the real estate industry. She joined our team in a temporary capacity, supporting both Springfield’s Retirement Village and the Summit Realty office as needed.
It didn’t take long for her professionalism, initiative and positive attitude to make a lasting impression. When a full-time opportunity became available, with a keen interest, Blanche stepped into the role and has continued to grow ever since. Recognised as a valued and trusted member of the team, she progressed into her current position of Leasing Manager, where she brings energy, organisation and a strong client focus to everything she does.
Outside of the office, Blanche enjoys socialising with friends, keeping up with her favourite sports, and making the most of her downtime with family and loved ones.
