Display Homes

The Summit Homes Group is one of the largest building companies in Western Australia and have an array of display homes in various locations.

Display Homes are generally available on a lease back arrangement to the Summit Homes Group and as a guide, homes are leased back at the rate of 7%pa for a fixed period of 12 months. Further options may also apply.

Homes are available at varying times and hereunder are the display homes currently available.
